A: Tickets can be purchased  through website, simply click on "buy tickets", or at the door . Buying in advance is highly recommended.

A: All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only provided if an event is canceled or rescheduled.

Q: What forms of ID do you accept?

A: A valid, government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, military ID) is required for age-restricted events and to purchase alcohol.

 

Q: Can I leave and re-enter the venue?

A: No, re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue during an event.

A: Yes! The Rock Box has a full bar serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

A: Some events take cash only at the door, the bar does accept Credit / Debt cards
