First time visiting The Rock Box? Scroll through our venue policies and general information to help make the most of your experience.

01. Where do I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online through the event listing or at the door. Buying tickets in advance is highly recommended.

02. What time do doors open?

Door times vary by show. Please check your ticket or the event listing for details.

03. Where do I park?

Our parking lot is located across from the front entrance of the venue and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Look for posted signage and staff assistance.

04. Where do I enter the venue?

Entrance points vary depending on the stage.

The front entrance accesses the Echo and Vibes stages.The back and side entrances access the Underground and Backyard stages.

05. Is The Rock Box all ages?

Age restrictions vary by event. Most shows are all ages, while others may be 18+ or 21+. Please check event details before purchasing tickets.

06. Do you have seating?

The Rock Box is primarily a standing-room venue. Limited seating may be available depending on the event.

07. Can I bring my camera?

Professional cameras and recording equipment are not permitted without prior venue approval. Small, non-professional cameras are allowed.

08. Is there a bar?

Yes. The Rock Box has a full bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

09. What is your bag policy?

Small bags under 12 inches are allowed with bag check. Large bags and backpacks are not permitted. Lockers are available inside the venue.

10. Do you allow re-entry?

No. Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue during an event.
